BPSOS - Center for Community Advancement (BPSOS-CCA), formerly known as BPSOS CA, has been serving the community since 2000 as part of the national BPSOS network of branch offices. BPSOS-CCA is a thriving resource center that provides resources and services to the Vietnamese community in Orange County.
Our mission is to improve the lives of Orange County residents through the delivery of effective and sustainable services.
We provide: Health & Social services enrollment and navigation for families having children with intellectual disabilities, Physical & Mental health advocacy, Vaccine education & awareness, etc.
We provide free ESL & Citizenship Education classes, Mock interviews, and immigration & naturalization services.
We provide occupational safety training for workers, employers, and community advocates in multiple industries, such as nails, restaurants.

APITF Direct Care Network is a training program designed to support caregivers of older
adults and people with disabilities in AANHPI community by improving their skills through
in-person classes, online training courses, and up to $3,500 in incentives. Access the
